Technology
We do not have any reception for mobile phones in the restaurants. Access to the most commonly used networks is possible approx. 500 m away from the building. WiFi is free of charge and easily accessible throughout the buildings. – All rooms include telephones that can receive calls from outside. Faxes can be dropped off at reception. The conference room, the fireplace room as well as the terrace all have Wifi reception.

Pets
Dogs are allowed in Stammhaus and in Haus am Bach and in some of the rooms in Sonnhalde (with parquet flooring), not however in the Nature Spa area with its lawn for sunbathing and the pools. – Daily cleaning fee EUR 10

Arrival/Departure
Rooms can be occupied from 3pm onwards. We kindly ask you to clear your room by 12 noon at the latest, on your day of departure.

Public Transport
Buses and trains can be used free of charge during your stay.
With the Black Forest Guest Card (Kurkarte), you have the opportunity of using buses and trains at no charge during your stay (except IC and ICE connections and the use of cable cars). The KONUS guest card is valid as a travel ticket within and between the following transport associations: Ortenau, Rottweil, Freiburg, Schwarzwald-Baar, Lörrach and Waldshut.

Valuables
can be deposited at reception and kept in our hotel safe or in the safe in your room. We accept liability according to the legal regulations.

Kitchen
On Mondays and Tuesdays we serve selected regional dishes from our small menu.

Cancellation Policy
Your booking is guaranteed by means of a written or telephone confirmation of your reservation.
The following cancellation fees apply in the event of a cancellation or a change in your booking:

• no charges up to 1 week prior to arrival (except “S” periods, see further below)
• cancellation 6 days or less prior to arrival – 80 % of your stay (no charges for half board)
• early departure during your stay – 100 % of the remaining stay (no charges for half board)

Cancellation policy at Christmas and New Year’s

• free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival
• later cancellations – 100% of your stay including Christmas and New Year’s set menu

Cancellation Policy during “S” periods

• free of charge up to 2 weeks prior to arrival
• later cancellations – 80% of your stay (no charges for half board)

Half Board
For bookings with half board we automatically reserve a table for you in the restaurant
3 course half board (starter or soup, main course, desert or cheese) // EUR 34 per person
4 course half board (starter and soup, main course, desert or cheese) // EUR 41 per person

Visitors’ Tax
Münstertal is a climatic spa area; the visitors’ tax is EUR 1,90 (from 16 years of age) per person per day
