Committed to Hospitality

In 1705 the guesthouse was first mentioned in a deed of the St. Trudpert monastery. Here it says that: “The house is to be the parish inn and location in upper Münstertal, in which weddings, church inaugurations, carnival and new years’ celebrations are to be held.” The abbot could hardly begin to imagine what the consequences of this would be.
For more than 150 years we’ve followed through on this tradition – in numerous places on the house you can discover traces of the past: carefully exposed walls, stylish antique furniture, a renovated stone bridge across the idyllic mountain stream ...
The atmosphere in our house combines modern-day conveniences with the splendour of traditional heritage!
Over the centuries a former unimposing guesthouse has turned into a cosy and exclusive country and leisure hotel, which has been run by our family for the last five generations.
Our family traditions, including Josefine, Karl-Josef and Sabine Fuchs, are shaped by the special characteristics of our establishment, just as they are by the gorgeous surroundings in which the hotel is located.
Our youngest family members, Kristin and Viktoria, are well on their way to continuing this tradition.
